Focusing on the frontiers of deep resources engineering, the journal Deep Resources Engineering (DRE) was selected into the High Starting Journal Project of Chinese Science and Technology Journals in 2024.
To promote academic exchanges, the Editorial Office of DRE holds a series of Academic Round-Table Forums. The 1st session of the online forum was successfully held in January 2025, where the insightful presentations delivered by experts attracted the participation of numerous scholars and yielded fruitful outcomes. Experts' wonderful reports attracted many scholars to participate and yielded fruitful achievements.
Based on the experience of the 1st session, the editorial office schedules to hold the 2nd offline Academic Round-Table Forum on March 10, 2025. The forum features distinguished lecturers including Prof. Heinz Konietzky from Freiberg University of Technology, Germany, Res. Asst. Prof. Bo Lu from Northeastern University, Prof. Hadi Fathipour-Azar from Northeastern University, and Assoc. Prof. Zhengyang Song from University of Science and Technology Beijing.
Experts and scholars are sincerely invited to participate to jointly explore cutting-edge technologies, innovative concepts, challenges and opportunities in the field of deep resources engineering, working together to advance the development of the discipline.
